Return Policy
Returns must be shipped prepaid by traceable means and be accompanied by an itemized invoice indicating quantity and titles returned. Returns must reference original invoice numbers for titles included unless Customer Service grants permission. Any cartons received without proper documentation may not be processed without prior permission from Customer Service. Returns must be in saleable condition (as determined by RealSure, Inc upon arrival at the RealSure, Inc facility). All software and CD-ROMs must be returned to RealSure, Inc with the original envelope or package seal unbroken and intact. Custom Published titles carry a 10% return limit (of quantity ordered). Any shrink-wrapped or otherwise bundled products must be returned in their original (shipped) condition. Products must be packed with sufficient and appropriate packing material.
- Book returns are accepted with 14 days of date of sale but are ultimately subject to each different Publisher. Contact Customer Service via email with your original book order # and you will be advised on how to return your item.
- e-Books and Downloads also require checking out, even though some items are free. After check out you will automatically be sent a special webpage that will list the item you have ordered together with the download instructions.
- Electronic format, CD-ROMs, etc (including but not limited to Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Tapes, CD-Rom, etc.) are non-refundable. Corrupted files, media damaged in shipment, and the like will be replaced at the sole discretion of the RealSure, Inc.
Invoicing/Receipts
Each invoice will be for the net value of books shipped, plus shipping charges and is payable prior to shipping. A receipt will be emailed to each customer and will also be available online via each customer’s individual profile. Orders or receipts that are not displayed often coincide with a processing error associated with an invalid entry during the checkout process and can be resolved by contacting Customer Service.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on item ordered, size and weight of item, publisher, etc. Cost will be automatically calculated and added to the total during the Checkout process. Items will be shipped by either USPS or FEDEX (ground). If the customer seeks an alternative method of shipment method (such as UPS or FEDEX overnight), the customer must contact customer service (contact details are located under Contact Us) within 24 hours of placing the order to discuss an alternative shipping method. If a less expensive method is used and the shipper or receiver is unable to trace the order, RealSure Inc assumes no liability for the lost order. Furthermore, RealSure Inc assumes no liability on orders that are undeliverable due to either an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer at the time of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the shipping address.
- Domestic Orders will be processed based on the above outlined. Orders will be shipped using FedEx (ground) unless customer decides to supply a PO Box address, in which case the shipment will be made using USPS.
- International and Bulk Orders require more effort when processing and shipping. International shipments will be made using USPS. No tracking will be available in such instances. Contact Customer Service via email to receive a quote for shipping costs beyond the standard method of shipping (contact details are located under Contact Us).
