Robert J. Aalberts is the author of nearly 60 scholarly articles, as well as a co-author of textbook Law & Business, which is used in over 70 universities throughout the U.S. He is the tenured, full-time professor of Legal Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Editor-in-Chief of the Real Estate Law Journal, one of the top real estate journals in the U.S. Aalberts is also actively involved in the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and the American Real Estate Society at UNLV, where he engages in community service with local residents involved in real estate.
