Rita D. Santamaria

Rita opened Champions School of Real Estate in 1983, and today has two campuses in Houston and two in Dallas. In 1997, Champions was invited to join the prestigious RealtyU® Network. Rita has received numerous awards, including “Small Business Leader for the Year 2001” for NW Houston, the “Outstanding Community Leader of the Year” award, and was the “2003 RealtyU® Educator of the Year”. Her commitment to the real estate industry goes way beyond the norm, and is clearly reflected in her recent commitment to the victims of Katrina, offering free real estate education to the former residents of Louisiana and Mississippi who relocated to Texas. Rita graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.
