Joseph E. Goeters (member CREI & REEA) is currently a professor at Houston Community College and author of a host of South-Western/Thomson Learning Real Estate textbooks. With over 32 years of industry experience and 21 years of experience as a teacher, Goeters holds a Real Estate Broker’s License, a B.A. from the University of Toronto and M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Goeters focuses on concise and practical ways of explaining the factors and analysis involved in selling real estate, including tax laws and applicable regulations.
