Professor George J. Siedel focuses on legal issues that relate to international business, negotiation, and dispute resolution. He has recently published works on such topics as the legal aspects of cross-border subsidiary management and the use of law to gain competitive advantage. Siedel has served as Visiting Professor at both Stanford and Harvard Universities, and was elected a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University. As the former chief editor of the Michigan Real Property Review and special editor of the American Business Law Journal, Seidel has practiced law before the U.S. Supreme Court and in Michigan, Ohio and Florida.
