Carmen, a practicing California real estate broker, is the School Director of Training and Broker Services (TABS), a RealtyU® Affiliate. She is the founding author of the Senior Housing Specialist Certification as well as the Real Estate Guide Series.  She earned designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Senior Housing Specialist (SHS) as well as being a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI).
