Graduating with a BS in Accounting, Allen Wright’s first employment was writing technical manuals and conducting training for a banking-software company. Never having left the arena of training technical programs, he formed his own company in 1996 while pursuing his MBA. In 2005 the RealtyU® Group acquired CreateAPlan and Allen became Vice President of the company heading up the Business Planning division of RealtyU®. This has allowed Allen to focus on helping real estate agents move their business to the next level through a core understanding of their industry, better planning and effectively applying automation.
